I’m struggling so much at the moment. The stress of work is consuming me, it’s taking over my physical and mental strength, it’s wearing me out and driving me into a sinking pit. Too many times I am finding myself thinking “is this worth it?” I don’t know how much longer I can take this or what I can do about it. Waking up is becoming so hard.
